Photograph of the QCWA hall, located on Plumb Street, Tully. The Tully Branch of the CWA (QCWA) was formed in 1926. They applied for land on Plumb Street for rest room purposes in 1927 and the hall was built in 1929 at a cost of £750

The Savoy, located on Plumb Street was constructed in the early days of the township. It may have originally been the home of the Greek Club. The Irish Club met here in the 1930s, and it also provided accommodation for canecutters and itinerant workers
