Black and white print of the old hall, Feluga, situated near the railway station. Erected by the Farmers Association, in 1926, it was some 40 feet by 25 feet. The Feluga Provisional School opened here on 7th February 1927 pending a purpose-built school. On the first day 25 children were enrolled, and the teacher was Michael F. Callaghan. The hall was destroyed by a cyclone in 1956

Bineham ran a general carrying business in Tully from the 1930s. His truck (possibly the one pictured) served as the town hearse for a while. Bineham Street in Tully was named after him

Sepia photograph of George Hunt's truck outside the Kincora Hotel, Lower Tully. George Hunt worked on the construction of the Lower Tully road in the 1920s. The Kincora Hotel was built by Terence O'Loghlen who applied for a licence for a hotel on his cane farm in 1927. The hotel opened in October 1928. The name, Kincora, commemorates the palace of Brian Boru in Co. Clare, Ireland

Cardwell Shire Council took over this building and the library was located on the ground floor with the Engineering Department on the floor above
