Photograph of Tully Stores owned by Alf Jago, taken in the early days of Tully, after 1925. Alf Jago purchased the land in the first sale of allotments in July 1924 and opened his first business in December of that year. It was located on the corner of Butler and Still Streets

Twins, Pat and Mick Mullins, obtained a liquor licence in July 1925 and erected a temporary bar while the concrete Hotel Tully building was under construction. When a fire in February 1997 damaged the hotel, the original Art Deco look of the “Top Pub” was retained in the reconstructed building
