The Methodist Girl Comrades were groups organised in individual Methodist Church parishes. They were also known as the Methodist Church Girls' Fellowship. Colour photograph of the Tully mill golf course with the sugar mill in the background. This is identified as the fourth fairway. The golf club commenced in 1927, using a cow paddock beside the sugar mill which they improved over the years. This course closed in 1981 and a new course opened at the Tully Country Club
