First building from left is severely damaged and a group of unidentified men are standing on the remains of the roof which is on the road. Second building from the left is the store of Messrs O'Brien & Vandeleur, also damaged. A man is standing on the verandah of the third building from the left, which is Birchley's Saddlery

Photograph of Patrick Mullins, Jnr, son of Pat and Jean Mullins and known as P.J. Pat Mullins Snr along with his twin Mick Mullins established the Hotel Tully. PJ Mullins was a solicitor, cricket enthusiast and supporter of St Clare's Catholic Church, Tully. He also put together a compilation entitled "The Mullins Story and the Irish in Tully."
