Based on Ernest Hemingway's acclaimed novel, For Whom The Bell Tolls follows idealistic American Robert Jordan (Academy Award winner Gary Cooper, High Noon) as he travels abroad to join up with the guerrilla forces and fight in the Spanish Civil War.
