Twins, Pat and Mick Mullins, obtained a liquor licence in July 1925 and erected a temporary bar while the concrete Hotel Tully building was under construction. When a fire in February 1997 damaged the hotel, the original Art Deco look of the “Top Pub” was retained in the reconstructed building
