Photograph of the house built for Hugo Brassey and his wife on Dunk Island in the late 1930s. Brassey acquired the resort in 1935 and it was officially opened in 1936. Brassey served in WW2. He returned to Dunk after the war but returned to England soon after this on the death of his father
