McGregor's House, Owen Street, Innisfail, after the 1918 Cyclone

1918
Archives
Sepia photograph of a building or residence on Owen Street, Innisfail, that was severely damaged in the cyclone that made landfall on the 10th March, 1918. The image is referred to as McGregor's house, but their association with the building is not clear. The timber building is missing the roof and some walls, and appears to have been blown off its stumps. There is a picket fence surrounding the property and the yard is full of cyclone debris
