Black & white photograph of the Tully State School building on Mars Street. This building burnt down in November 1935. A new brick building was completed for the 1938 school year. Banyan Provisional School opened in June 1924, but the name was changed to Tully in 1925. It became Tully State School in 1926. St Clare's Roman Catholic Church can be seen in the rear centre
