Photograph of ex-Servicemen, Boy Scouts and other people outside the El Arish Hall, thought to be on Anzac Day, 1952. The El Arish Soldiers’ Memorial School of Arts was built by the community pioneers, and officially opened in October 1930. Balls, meetings, plays and many community events have been held here over the years
