Sepia photograph of a quarry with vehicles and men working, possibly near Muff Creek, taken in about 1932. Stone was obtained from this quarry for building the road from El Arish to Mission Beach (Clump Point). This Public Estates Improvement (P.E.I.) road was officially opened in July 1936
