Photograph of the Q.A.T.B. (Ambulance) building on Bryant Street in 1927. This building, erected in 1925, was in use until 1960 when the QATB moved to a new brick building on Watkins Street. Cardwell Shire Council took over this building and the library was located on the ground floor with the Engineering Department on the floor above
