Colour photograph of Ninney Rise, the home of John Busst, Bingil Bay. Busst was an artist and environmentalist who worked tirelessly for the conservation and protection of the Great Barrier Reef. After Busst's death the property was sold to Mrs Kate Tode who bequeathed it to the Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service at her death in 1990. It is now a heritage listed property
