Black and white original photograph of the fire station, Bryant Street, Tully, with the fire brigade staff in about 1952. The Tully fire brigade was formed in the early 1940s and this building was completed in 1945. It was replaced by a new fire station on Murray Street in 1977. Cardwell Shire Council then purchased this old station which became the headquarters of the local branch of the State Emergency Service for a number of years
