Jim Butler was owner and skipper of the "Silver Quay" which he bought in 1932. For some years he ran a cargo service from Brammo Bay, Dunk Island, where coastal steamers off-loaded goods. The "Silver Quay" took cargo to the Hull River landing for delivery to stores and hotels
