Sepia photograph showing streetscape of Rankin Street, Innisfail, in the aftermath of the cyclone that made landfall on the 10th March 1918, taken from the opposite side of the road. The second building from left has roof missing and is severely damaged. A cart is located on road out front. Third building from the left is the store of Messrs O'Brien & Vandeleur. W. M. Vandeleur served a term as Division 1 Councillor in the Innisfail Shire Council and died February/March 1918. Fourth building from the left is Birchley's Saddlery
